Have you discovered the Morning Banana Diet?




The Morning Banana Diet is the easiest diet ever.

Here's the Morning Banana Diet in a nutshell: eat raw bananas for breakfast, and sip room temperature water as you do so. Eat whatever you like for lunch and dinner. Ensure that you eat dinner before 8PM and get to bed by midnight. That's all -- that's the entire diet.

Does this sound TOO simple?

Frankly, that's what I thought too: no diet could ever be this simple, and work. Guess what? It works. :-)

I've been on the Morning Banana Diet for several weeks, and have lost a dress size so far. Best of all, the diet is so simple that I've never felt at any time that I was "dieting".
